I need some SIRIOUS help

Okay, I know this is in the spamming forum, but the chat room magically disappeared. No spamming in this topic. I need a tool that can hack GBA roms. So you can change levels, sprites, text, that kind of stuff. If none exist, then we'll have to get a specific tool for the game engiene. I'll tell you the name of the ROM I'm hacking when it comes to that.
