This is the brutally honest story of the meeting of Nick, Kyle, and Aaron on that fateful day, that shall go down in stupidity history as the greatest meeting of minds to create something awfully insane. EVAR.
Nearly 2 years ago, Aaron and his friend Kyle were sitting around in gym, doing nothing, since it was the first week of class. They discussed games, and since they had hardly any life of their own, the exploits of them. These sounds caught the attention of another student, Nick. Now, as Nick came closer to Aaron and Kyle, they began to get sort of confused. Nick had always been...well...different than the others. Ever since Aaron had sat down once in 4th or 5th grade at recess with Nick to talk about his...ummmm....different-ness(?), he wasn't "weird". As a shocker to Aaron, Nick joined his karate school shortly after he did. Then one day, they were matched up in a sparring match. As Aaron got his butt kicked by the taller, skinnier kid, he was told a magical tale about the inner-workings of Nick's mind. From that day forward, though Aaron might not haved noticed it, he shared some kind of warped, jacked up bond with Nick. Then, that fateful day came. Nick walked casually up to Aaron and Kyle. He brought up the discussion of glitches in games. That's where the proverbial crap hit the fan. The days went on, and the trio met every day to discuss their one passion: glitches. Days turned to weeks, when Nick told Aaron and Kyle a marvelous tale of humor, distress, and one kid's brilliant imagination that had struck it gold: Stupid Mario.
As the days went on, Nick told the gang about Stupid mario, and the second and third ones, when Aaron one day suggested that they make these movies. There was only one problem with this suggestion; it was already done. Aaron and Kyle were stunned by this, not having any knowledge of video making whatsoever. So, the first night that Aaron spent the night at Nick's house, they were inspired to post up the 3 videos on Google Video, seeing as though Youtube wasn't the gigantosaurus it is today, and the 10 minute limute would have held us back by far on later episodes. That very night, they proceeded to make possibly the best episode by far: Stupid Mario 4. It was the first video Aaron had ever worked on, and when he learned how Nick did this wonderous art, there was no stopping them. Aaron decided that they should have somewhere to talk and discuss glitches and the like while not at school, so he found the website Aceboard. Aaron set up Glitch Land, raising the Minus One symbol upon it's flagpole. There, the Glitch Club, consisting of Handy Man (Nick), Glitch Lord(Aaron) and Mr. Math (Kyle), archived many different glitches, as well as their toughest mission. Even though their toughest mission was a hoax, it wasn't just there for fun. It had a purpose, and I believe that purpose was to create this unbreakable alliance. After a matter of time and episode making, Glitch decided that Aceboard had given so much in the past, that they could use its effort again, thus Stupid Mario World was born. The rest is history...
WOAH. That took a while. Anyway, I thought it was epic. I'll get into year 2 later. Much, much later.
